Smoky Mountain Children’s Home (a Church of God ministry) is a residential child caring and child placement agency located in Sevierville , Tennessee , in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains.

Operating under the auspices of the Care Ministries, the Home has been caring for homeless children and youth since 1920. From a small, six-room house with four children and a matron, the Home has grown and developed into a modern, group care facility with an emphasis on treatment and rehabilitation.
